🌐 HERA CUSTOM MATCH Reservation Guide
✔Available Locations
HERA CUSTOM MATCH is available at AMORE SEONGSU and AMORE YONGSAN. Please check the store location when making your reservation and visit the location you selected.
✔How to Make a Reservation
Please select your preferred date and time on our official reservation page. For international customers, please use the “Global Reservation” menu.

✔When Reservations Open
Reservations open daily at 00:00 (midnight), Korea Standard Time (KST). Reservations can be made for dates up to 14 days in advance.
✔Fully Booked / Cancellations
If no available time slots are shown, reservations for that date are fully booked. If a cancellation occurs, that time slot will automatically reopen on the reservation page.
✔Self-Service Option Without a Reservation
If you are unable to make an advance reservation, you may still visit the store and complete a self-assessment to have your customized product made.
✔Reservation Policy
We do not accept advance reservations by DM, email, or in person at the store. All advance reservations must be made through the official reservation page.

🌐 MAKEUP CLASS Reservation Guide
This class is offered once a month. The exact schedule and theme may vary each month depending on the artist’s availability.
✔ Global Class: Conducted in English (for guests who are comfortable communicating in English)
✔ Korean Class: Conducted in Korean
When making a reservation, please select the page for the class you would like to join. (Artists, schedules, and themes vary by class.)
✔ Class Capacity: 8 guests per session
Reservations must be made individually, one person at a time.

Classes are held at both AMORE SEONGSU and AMORE YONGSAN. Please make sure to check the store name when booking and visit the location you reserved. (Schedules and themes may vary by store.)

A service for guests who want to find the products that truly suit them — or for anyone simply curious to learn more about K-Beauty.
We start with an AI skin analysis to assess your current skin condition. Based on the results, your Beauty Caster will talk with you about your preferences, lifestyle, and skincare routine, then recommend K-Beauty products that best suit your needs.

[ Number of Guests ]
✔️ This is primarily a one-on-one service, so we
recommend making one reservation per person.
✔️ If separate time slots are unavailable,
up to 2 guests may join the same session.
✔️ Please note that each session is limited to 40 minutes. When two guests share one session, there may not be enough time for a full consultation for each guest. We therefore recommend booking separate sessions whenever possible.
