Research Area

Jin Sol Park is a Ph.D. student in Political Science at the University of California, Davis, specializing in Political Theory and American Politics. Her research investigates the ethical and philosophical foundations of state sovereignty, political membership, and religious freedom. Drawing on both ancient and modern political thought, she examines how contemporary systems of secular governance produce exclusionary boundaries that constrain individual rights and moral agency.
