' I SEE YOU ' - 한불교류전 BLANC - WORLD ART EXPO 2025 in COEX

Life's journey is filled with countless ever-changing variables, yet at its core lies an unchanging essence—a universal connection rooted in life and love. Through this work, I sought to depict how our lives are intrinsically tied to something greater: the eternal rhythm of the universe that binds us all together.

The story begins with inspiration drawn from Michelangelo's *The Creation of Adam*, symbolizing the spark of creation and connection through the touch of fingertips. It is an homage to the artistic work of French artist Louis Cardin-Edwards, reinterpreted through my own creative lens. Have you ever considered how our actions often originate from our fingertips? In that moment of execution, a radiant light emanates outward, illuminating the world. Along this journey of life, we encounter unforeseen challenges and hardships—yet these very trials can lead to unexpected revelations and serve as a force for new beginnings.

Life, by its unpredictable nature, invites us to embrace wisdom in navigating its twists and turns. It becomes a journey of imagining and resolving infinite possibilities and experiences, shaping who we are. This journey connects the microcosm within each of us to the vast macrocosm beyond—a voyage that oscillates between blooming joy and the sharp valleys of adversity.

By embracing the process of overcoming fear and discovering resilience, life becomes a flavorful experience worth savoring. Along this path, flowers bloom, and radiant light walks beside us, illuminating the way forward. This work aims to remind us that by attentively observing life's flow, we can uncover hope, wisdom, purpose, and love—not only within ourselves but also in others and the world around us.

Through this artistic expression, I hope viewers find a moment of stillness amidst life's chaos—a chance to pause, reflect, and discover serenity within their dynamic journeys. The phrase "I see you" encapsulates not only self-awareness but also a profound understanding, respect, acknowledgment, emotional connection, and mutual empathy for others. May this serve as an invitation to perceive beauty and meaning beyond what is visible—to recognize hope in your own poetic self and embrace the timeless flow of existence.
